Dancing Girl

It has been a while since I left dancing, kathak. I didn’t intend to leave it but just have not been feeling like dancing, though I feel dancing is missing from myself. However, as I happened to visit places, where once used to be a mahal of dancing girls at the court, my dancing-self came up, which made me feel better. I dream to dance at a historical mahal, like once court dancers used to dance there…💗

カタックを離れて暫く経ちました。やめようと思った訳じゃないのですが、長いこと踊る気になれていません。自分からダンスが抜け落ちてしまっているような気はしているのですが…。でも今日、踊り子の宴が開かれていた場所を訪れる機会が偶然あって、自分の中の踊り子がうずいて、ちょっと元気になりました。かつての宮廷舞踊家のように、宮廷で踊れたらななんて夢みてしまいます…💗
